Covid 19 – Revised Delivery Times And Pricing
Despite the best efforts of our delivery partners, the current Covid 19 epidemic is still affecting international deliveries due to the lack of air cargo availability. This has led to severe delays and an increase in costs.
It is therefore with great regret that from the 31st July we will need to increase the cost of our international deliveries by a significant margin.
Delivery times have also increased, with Canada and Australia especially now taking around 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.
While we will continue to monitor the situation and will adjust our prices if and when they go down, you should be aware that all information on the website regarding delivery prices and delivery dates is subject to change on a daily basis and may not be accurate.
While we can not guarantee delivery times, all international orders will be sent via a tracked service so at least you will see that your order is on its way !!
The price displayed includes free standard delivery throughout the UK including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man and the Channel Islands and is by Royal Mail 48 our our courier. Delivery anticipated 2 to 3 working days following the day of despatch.
Expedited delivery is available at the checkout for an additional charge and is by Royal Mail 24 or our courier. Delivery anticipated 1 to 2 working days following the day of despatch.
The cost for international delivery is added at the checkout and is based upon destination and either the physical or volumetric weight of your order (whichever is greater). Your order will be despatched via Royal Mail International Tracked mail or our courier. Mainland Europe can expect delivery in 5 to 7 days following the day of despatch, and the rest of the world 7 to 10 days. While we do provide all relevant customs paperwork as required, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance, or for any import duties that are payable.
Wherever you live, we aim to dispatch your order the same working day if ordered before 3 PM GMT / BST Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank / Public holidays
If for any reason the delivery of your order is unable to be made and your order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of your order including the standard delivery charge.
We offer a no quibble 60 day ‘change of mind’ returns policy. You have 60 days from the day of receipt of your order to return it for a full refund (excluding cost of any delivery upgrades). Simply return the item to us, at your cost, in the original packaging to receive your refund. Please be aware that due to reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to accept returns for products that have been used or have been removed from the original packaging unless found to be faulty.
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please call us on 0115 924 4380 Mon to Fri 7 am to 6 pm and we will refund your full purchase price including any postage upgrades.
Should you receive an incorrect faulty or damaged item, please contact us either via the contact form or via email email@example.com. If you can attach an image of the problem, that would be very useful. We will then either arrange for the return of the item at our cost, resend or refund your full purchase price.
